![]() ![]() To remove anything else that could be causing problems, I did the following: disabled CPU overclocking, installed clean Windows 10 build 10041 (Russian language, 圆4) from USB stick, downloaded latest updates to build 10049 (using Fast Ring), then after reboots downloaded more updates, rebooted again, then immediately installed Total Media Theatre 6, rebooted (the installer asked for reboot), launched unpatched version, it asked for activation code for TMT6, then it showed the main screen of a program - no BSODs. ![]() ![]() I don't know if the BSOD is caused by a bug in Windows 10 or a bug in TotalMedia Theatre, or some bugs in both products. The problem is that ArcSoft had discontinued the development and support of their multimedia player in 2014, so this is the latest and last and final version and they won't make further patches anymore. My PC: Mb: ASUS P8Z77-V Pro (Intel Z77 chipset) CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K (socket LGA1155) RAM: 8 Gb Graphics Card: (Gigabyte) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 2Gb When I launch the same TotalMedia Theatre on the same PC in Windows 7 or Windows 8.1, it works fine, without any BSODs (never had even one in this program on pre-10 versions of Windows), and plays my Blu-Rays perfectly. In all builds of Windows 10 Technical Preview up to (and including) 10056, every time when I launch ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre 6.7.1.199 (this is a multimedia player capable of playing Blu-Ray video discs) (6.7.1.199 is the latest version), a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) happens. ![]()
